1. Dispatch Times

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

2. Delivery Times & Costs

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days — £2.99 (free on orders over £30)
• Europe: 5–10 business days — £9.99
• Rest of World: 10–20 business days — £14.99

3. Destinations

We deliver across the United Kingdom, Europe and most international destinations. If your country is not covered at checkout, contact us at info@amaxlara.com and we will confirm availability and a shipping quote.

4. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email with tracking details where available, so you can follow your delivery.

5. Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to customs checks, weather or carrier delays. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at info@amaxlara.com or call +44 7460 603710 and we will investigate.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or part of your order is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where possible. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
