Refund Policy
1. Eligibility
Refunds are available for products that arrive damaged, defective or different from what you ordered. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be returned through your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Used products, items without original packaging and sale/clearance items are not eligible for a refund.
